GiftHaven is a purely digital marketplace. We do not ship physical products. All gift cards, game keys, and subscription codes are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes

- Manual Verification: In rare cases (e.g., large orders or new accounts), our security system may flag a transaction for manual review. This process can take up to 1-12 hours.
- Crypto Payments: Delivery occurs after network confirmation (typically 10-30 minutes depending on the blockchain).
3. Non-Delivery Issues
If you have not received your code within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, please contact our support team immediately.
Possible reasons for delay:
- Typo in email address during checkout.

- Payment pending or under review.
4. Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered game keys, delivery will occur on the official release day or up to 24 hours prior to preload availability.
5. Verification Process
To prevent fraud, we may occasionally ask for additional verification (such as ID or proof of payment ownership) before releasing digital goods. If you do not wish to provide this, we will issue a full refund immediately.
